The Jad El Ghali campaign respects your privacy. This policy explains how the campaign collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal information received through this website and through direct campaign interactions.

Our website host may also record basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access. The public website does not use advertising cookies, sell personal information or build commercial advertising profiles.

  • coordinate volunteers, lawn sign requests and campaign activities;
  • send campaign updates when a person has asked to receive them;

Any elector information received from an authorized election source will be used only for electoral purposes and not for commercial purposes.

When information may be shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with trusted campaign workers or service providers only when they need it to perform a campaign function, such as website hosting, email delivery or lawn sign coordination. They are expected to handle the information securely and use it only for the assigned purpose.

Retention and safeguards

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for any applicable election or legal recordkeeping period. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymized where practical.

You may ask what personal information the campaign holds about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information that is no longer required. You may also unsubscribe from campaign email at any time. Some information may need to be retained where election or other laws require it.

Children and young people

This website is intended for general public information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. Young people should avoid sending sensitive personal information through the website.
